Patient feedback and engagement

We always want to hear from you, whether there was something we are doing well, or something we need to improve. We review all feedback and always consider where we can make changes. This is one of the most important aspects of clinical governance.

Quality and Safety

The Owl Centre creates a basis of safety, including mandatory training across a range of safety topics. We run regular clinical audits to identify any areas of strength or weakness. Your clinician will regularly review on-going therapy with you and share your progress.

The compliance team runs regular clinical audits, allowing us to gather the information we need to see what is working and what needs to be improved. Reviewing what we are doing together and adjusting to better meet your needs.

Data Protection

When you come to The Owl Centre, you are trusting us with your information, and we take this seriously. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and are GDPR Compliant.

The Owl Centre is a ‘data protection by design’ company. This means that we review all processes from the outset to ensure we are maintaining confidentiality, the integrity of the information and making sure it is accessible to you. Our goal is to be transparent about the data we collect, use and hold in the course of your care with us.
